🏰 Knights & Ladies of the Round Table: A Creative Quest Series

4 sessions • 90 minutes each • Ages 7–11

Step into the world of King Arthur, Merlin, and the Knights and ladies of the Round Table in this imaginative, hands‑on creative series. Children explore courage, kindness, honor, and inner strength through short, guided meditations, storytelling, and mixed‑media collage inspired by medieval symbolism.

Each session blends:

  • A gentle, child‑friendly meditation

  • A lesson from the Code of Chivalry

  • A creative art project (collage, crest‑making, scrapbooking)

  • Reflection and character‑building

By the end of the series, each child completes their own “Quest Book” — a scrapbook‑style collection of art, symbols, and personal reflections celebrating their unique strengths.

This program is screen‑free, imagination‑rich, and designed to spark wonder, confidence, and creativity.
